z-library. is the largest eBook library in the world with 8 million books in total and 84 million articles, which is free to download, but you have to create an account before you download something, and the answer is, it's legal, well, it's both legal and illegal, regardless of what you believe in Z-library.

I used Z-Library to get free textbook for collage course that is required on professor syllabus and those physical textbook in college bookstore is way too expensive to paid and they literally rip off collage or university student with high cost textbook even they able to afford it they end up being broke or poor and don’t forget with student loan debt problem in America which it going to get worse every years. Sometimes, most student may skip textbooks by taking the risk of having their grades suffer or seek alternatives to textbooks like Z-library, so I no longer fear the high cost of textbooks anymore. So if you are a college or university student, I recommend getting free textbooks on this website.

This is a free e-book library with thousands of PDF files of published books, papers, and journals. Previously, it was known as Book Finder. This virtual library also contains periodicals and books of an academic, scholarly, and general interest nature. After more than a decade on the internet, no one knows who hosts or manages the Z library. It’s been claimed that it’s Chinese or Russian. However, the truth is that no one knows who the owner of Z Library is. It is perfectly legal to download PDFs of E-books from z lybrary. However, downloading PDFs of copyright-protected books, journals, and manuscripts is deemed illegal, making the Z library’s position contentious in the literary world. If an issue occurs, the website is responsible for sharing information without permission.
