Extra Super Avana is an oral medication combining avanafil and dapoxetine to address two common sexual health problems: erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE). Avanafil is a fast-acting phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor that increases blood flow to the penis for firm erections when sexually stimulated. Dapoxetine is a short-acting selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) that delays ejaculation by increasing serotonin in the nervous system. This combination provides dual benefits—improving erection quality and prolonging the duration of sexual activity in men who suffer from both ED and PE.

Take Extra Super Avana approximately 30 minutes before planned sexual activity. Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or split it. The medication works only when you are sexually aroused and should not be taken more than once in 24 hours. Avoid consuming large or fatty meals, alcohol, or grapefruit juice around the time of administration, as they may delay absorption or increase side effects. Do not combine Extra Super Avana with other PDE5 inhibitors or SSRIs/SNRIs, and avoid using it if you take nitrates or alpha-blockers.

Common side effects include headache, flushing, nasal congestion, indigestion, dizziness, and nausea. Dapoxetine-related effects may include insomnia, diarrhea, and decreased appetite. Rare but serious adverse events include priapism (an erection lasting more than four hours), sudden vision or hearing loss, severe dizziness or fainting, and symptoms of serotonin syndrome (agitation, confusion, rapid heartbeat, tremor and sweating). Seek medical attention if these occur. The drug is contraindicated in individuals with severe heart disease, uncontrolled blood pressure, liver or kidney impairment, depression or bipolar disorder, or those taking MAO inhibitors or thioridazine. It is not recommended for men under 18 or over 65. Always consult your doctor to determine whether Extra Super Avana is safe and suitable for you.
